Whew ... it's nice to take a break from doggie world, even though they are both scratching to get on my lap at the current moment. Things are getting better, though I am noticing that Apple (our new rescue) is the one starting the growling and possessive behaviors. I didn't know it was possible for a dog to get so obsessed with their owner in only two short days. These girls are a handful, I'll tell you that. I was off yesterday, so I have spent two full days with them and they are starting to drive me up the wall! I hope these behaviors start to go away. I mean, what do you do to a rescue that constantly wants attention ... comes with the territory, right? I feel so bad for Apple, but then the second I show Apple more attention than Miss P, Miss P starts to bark and scowl.

On a lighter note, I freakin' love Pei Wei. Do you all have Pei Wei in your cities? Pei Wei is a lighter version of PF Changs. I would say R and I get take out from PW at least once a week. I either get Chicken Pad Thai or the Terayaki Bowl. It is very inexpensive and the servings are HUGE. I can eat on one serving for about three meals!
