Pottery Barn!!!

So, I went to Pottery Barn today just to look, and voila!, they were selling display armchairs for 50 % OFF!!!!!!
Since I am getting the Spencer sofa in espresso, I decided that a solid colored armchair would probably look the best. Lucky for me, one of the displays was the madison armchair in "ember" which is an orange color that I think will look great with the brown couch. I also snagged the bound seagrass rug (bound in espresso) for the living room. What color do we think would look okay for the living room walls?!

I would go with a rich warm tan...it'll look great with your chocolate couch and be really warm with the orange chair...and it's neutral enough to match all of your accents.
Congrats on the score~
-I happen to agree with the "rich warm tan".
I would paint a tan color also! Restoration Hardware's Cappuccino, perhaps?? They sell sample cans for $3.95, so you can try colors before you paint the entire room.
Benjamin Moore makes some fine tans also. Shaker Beige & Lenox Tan are 2 of many. They also sell tiny sample pots.
Tan would be great. Also, you could do a darker brown, like the espresso of the sofa. A deep rusty orange accent wall would be really cool and interesting as well.
Try "latte" by Sherwin Williams. It's a good one.
I think tan would be nice, but I would also try a grey-blue like SW Oyster Bay. Its a much cooler choice than a rich tan, but I think it would make a clean background and help your artwork to pop.
