Obsessed ...
Anyone who knows me can validate my complete and utter OBSESSION with designer handbags. I have them all, seriously, name a handbag and I have it ... except ... the Chanel Jumbo Caviar flap bag ... my ultimate obsession.
I have gone back and forth for YEARS over this bag. I want it, no I don't, no it's too expensive, blah, blah, blah. When I was in New Orleans I proudly marched myself into the Chanel boutique and was prepared to purchase this little jewel - then the guilt set it. Somehow I could justify purchasing sunglasses and a pair of shoes, but not the purse. I sadly sat it back on the beautiful glass display. I thought about it all day as I walked around the city. Thoughts ran through my head, "Oh, how cute would it look with this outfit, and this outfit, and these shoes ... " And then I was gone ... Don't worry though, I have Margo's (Chanel handbag specialist) card, phone number, and email address and she assures me that when I am ready, she can ship the bag to me from the NO store.
I must have this bag. It is my goal to have this bag. I absolutely adore all things Chanel because it's so exclusive. You can't buy Chanel off the internet. I am completely obsessed with this bag.

LOVE IT in every color! Which color do you want? You'll get only encouragement from me on this purchase. Classic Chanel bags will always be in style. I'm not as fond of the trendier ones.
If you purchase it from Saks you could always take it home for a while and see how you feel, then return it if it doesn't feel right! If you purchase from a Chanel boutique you may only get a store credit.
I LOVE Chanel bags too! I am still kicking myself for not getting one in the hot pink they had last Spring. I just had to go with the black because it was so very classic. However, the color you feature is next on my list (unless they re-release the hot pink!)!!

i spent a week with a friend who had the exact one you pictured and it looked so great with everything.a great color. i don't have one nice bag right now. i am in the stage of life where not only can i definitely not afford it, but I also tend to have "too much fun" and loose things. It would make me nervous, but maybe one day!
My shopping equal has finally arrived, I have waited years for someone to have the same love that I have for all things fabulous. You are like the little sister that I always dreamed about. Yes, I know I have a little sister, but I swear she is adopted. Her favorite clothes are Carhartt's and Wranglers her favorite store is the feed store. No joke. Mmmm.... jumbo Chanel is my favorite.

Did you ever get this? I have it in black...you won't regret it at all. It ties for my best purchase ever with my Louboutins. I think the purse is a better investment, but I love them both equally. = )
