Cupcake Coma
We had an eventful weekend that involved several cupcakes. My friend Sara (whom I went to Atlanta with and used to work with) turned 25 this weekend! We celebrated at work (I worked for tax free weekend) with a box of 14 cupcakes from the yummy "Muddy's Bakery". I probably ate 4 of the 14 cupcakes. After work, we all went out to eat and proceeded to go to Muddy's AGAIN, where I bought a box of 5 cupcakes and ate every single one of them.
I have told you all before, I have a serious addiction to sweets. I could go all day and not eat "regular food" and just live off of cookies and cupcakes.
I have self-diagnosed myself as being in a "cupcake coma". I feel disgusting and gross for eating all of those cupcakes. I am thinking about doing a 2-day juice cleanse to clean out my system.

What kind of cleanse will you do? I have been thinking of doing one but not sure what to do. Thank you.
My mom and I went to The Atlanta Cupcake Factory. Mom had to have 2 because she was here visiting. Such a sweet treat!

I keep reading and hearing about Muddy's and those cupcakes look so delish - I am going to have to head over there! I'm like you, though, I love sweets and I will have to limit myself (to maybe 3 - or 4).
We have a great cupcake shop in Lex now! It's called Caramanda's (2 locations Southland Dr. and Boston Rd.) you'll have to check it out when you come back in for Keeneland. I also have heard about Babycake's off Richmond Road but haven't gone yet. Yet, being the key word. I'll let you know how it is.
I've felt that way before too, and I'm JUST like you! I could live all day and week on sweets! I have a severe sweet tooth!
Cupcakes don't count as sweets - they are a food group of their very own and must be treated with respect! Love the new short do by the way - it really suits you!
Now I'm craving cupcakes! I have a serious sweet tooth too and sometimes will go a whole day just eating sweets...I always feel SO gross the next day but whatever, they taste good!

cupcake coma is a very real and serious condition! i had such a bad craving for them that i had to bake a batch last night... a girl should never be alone in a house with a tray full of cupcakes and a husband that has no sweet tooth to speak of.

Have you ever done the Blueprint Cleanse? It's awesome - a little pricey - but worth it and they deliver now. Not bad tasting, some are actually kinda sweet and works good. I did it after Thanksgiving....
